Order Cancellations
Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your product order at any time before it enters the shipping and fulfillment process. To cancel, please contact us immediately at zouqahub@gmail.com.
Post-Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will instead need to follow the Return process outlined below once you receive the package.
Returns (Change of Mind)
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated during a specific promotional period.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection laws, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications mentioned on our platform, you are entitled to a replacement.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
Upon verification, we will offer you the choice of an identical replacement, or a refund.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item and whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment.
For Credit/Debit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via store credit within 7 business days of QC approval.
